Once they're in the dirt just let them be... well there could be some exceptions, but in this case - we just let them be. What a mess they were!

they were having so much fun! Looked even better than the traditional sand box. Hey I got an idea, maybe in 20 years Joshua can move to North Dakota and help out on the farm! He obviously enjoyed digging in his "field" and seemed SO serious.
