This weekend Joshua and I went to North Dakota to visit grandma & grandpa and so I could do a couple Norwex demonstrations. Thank you to my mom and sister, Tessa, I have a little more experience now! Grandma tried her best to teach Joshua words some of them were: please, thank you, mooo (what a cow says), kitty, up (for some reason he's been wanting to be held a lot lately), bye bye, and we tried hard to get him to say Mallory's Uh oh Spaghetti O's - we think he's trying to do it too!

This week
It was so much fun watching Joshua last night, he would lay on the pillow, but he didn't want the blanket at all. Then when there was some commercial on tv with good music he'd get up and do some dancing. It was a good time. These pajamas, by the way, are size 24 mo. in Gerber brand they fit great, just a tad big in the feet though. They fit much better than the what he had been wearing in this same style.... Christmas idea - he could use more pajamas this style (one piece with footies), long sleeved shirts (no onesies), socks (to be picky, we kinda of like Old Navy's socks - he'd need 12-24 mo. or 18-24 mo. whatever the sizing is) and size 5 shoes (he only really has one pair of tennis shoes that fit right now) are all other good ideas.

"Buh bye"
On Oct. 16th Joshua said "Buh bye" nice and clear and was waving goodbye pretty much on command or even on his own when he realized either us or someone else was leaving. Well, after that he kinda just clammed up and hasn't really said it much at all; even the waving dwindled. Halloween must have gotten him back in the swing of it though, he was saying it last night and even today he was saying it real well and the waving is coming back too! I'll admit though Mallory is probably further along with her vocabulary than he. If anyone can understand and translate Joshua talk I think he has some important stuff to say sometimes.
